    Ingredients
    • 1 small butternut squash
    • 2 sweet potatoes
    • 200 g Brussels sprouts
    • 3 carrots
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
    • Salt and pepper
    Instructions
    1. Preheat the barbecue for indirect cooking at about 200°C.
    2. Cut the butternut squash, carrots and sweet potatoes into pieces. Wash the Brussels sprouts and remove the outer leaves.
    3. Toss the vegetables with the olive oil, smoked paprika, rosemary, salt and pepper. Place in a grill basket.
