The MAXIMUS PRO oven door, made of 2mm brushed 304 stainless steel, features a high-resistance, fire-resistant ceramic glass window that allows for safe and visual monitoring of the cooking process. Equipped with wooden handles, stainless steel screws, and a stainless steel tilting mechanism, it ensures robustness, reliability, and air regulation for better control of the flame and oven temperature, while its reinforced structure improves thermal inertia and cooking stability.
