Recipe for your barbecue Turkey breast with pineapple and mustard Ingredients: 1/3 c. (75 ml) canned pineapple 1 tsp. (5 ml) fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp. 1 tsp (10 ml) Dijon mustard 1 bone-in turkey breast (about 3 to 4 lb/1.35 to 1.8 kg) Directions: Prepare grill for indirect cooking. In a small bowl, combine pineapple, lemon juice, and mustard. Place turkey, breast-side up, above the pan on the grill rack. Close grill and cook turkey for 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes, brushing with pineapple glaze 30 minutes before the end of cooking time. Cook until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast registers 170°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let stand for 15 minutes. To serve, slice and arrange on a platter with fresh fruit slices.
