La structure interne et externe est fabriquée en tôle d’acier spécial de 2 mm.
Le four est en acier carbone de 2,5 mm et le dessus en acier carbone de 6 mm d’épaisseur.
Les portes sont en aluminium moulé, équipées d’un verre haute température de 4 mm d’épaisseur, avec traitement thermique jusqu’à 900 °C.
La peinture est réalisée avec une peinture haute température.
Toutes les pièces inhérentes à l’appareil sont en acier.
Sortie de fumées à droite ou à gauche (optionnelle).
Possibilité de dessus et de four en inox (optionnelle).
Comprend une barre frontale de protection.
