This pack combines the MAXIMUS 100 PRO door with the PRO ember separator to improve control over wood-fired cooking.

Thanks to its 304 stainless steel construction and its ceramic glass window, the door lets you monitor the cooking process while making it easier to regulate airflow and temperature. The separator helps keep the embers within a defined zone, limits ash dispersion, and distributes heat more effectively throughout the Oven.
