Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

The customer can cancel their order as long as it has not yet been processed, directly via the customer area at https://account.my-barbecue.com Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible, and the customer may request an exchange or return under the conditions indicated below.

We apply a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. This means you have 30 days after receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective, damaged, or non-compliant products, according to the procedure described in our Shipping Policy, section "Process upon receipt of the package."

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary instructions regarding the return procedure. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions or non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

perishable products;
custom-made or personalized items;
personal care products;
hazardous products, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns of gift cards.

For promotional items, please contact us before any return request to verify their eligibility.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, place a new separate order.

Right of withdrawal in the European Union

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you if the refund is approved.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
