Refund policy

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at infos@my-barbecue.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Impexfire Lda, Rua do Regueiro, 251, Braga, 4715-553 Braga, Portugal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error is ours or the product is defective, damaged, or not as described in the order, in accordance with the procedure outlined in the Shipping Policy – section “Process Upon Receiving the Package”.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


30‑Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
