General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

Article 1 – Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) govern all sales concluded via the website www.my-barbecue.com, operated by IMPEXFIRE, Lda, a company registered in Portugal under EU VAT number PT509958931, with registered office at Parque Ind. de Sobreposta, Rua do Regueiro 251, 4715-553 Braga, Portugal.
Any order placed on the website implies the client’s full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs, which prevail over any other document.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible on the website. Given the artisanal nature of the manufacturing process (barbecues, wood-fired ovens, stone items, etc.), slight dimensional (1 to 7 cm) or aesthetic variations may occur without affecting the quality or functionality of the product.
Photographs and visuals have no contractual value and are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Article 3 – Availability

Product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and subject to stock availability. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the client will be informed as soon as possible and may either maintain the order with a new delivery time or cancel it with a full refund.

Article 4 – Prices

The prices indicated are expressed in euros and are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are specified at the time of order and may vary depending on destination, volume, and weight.

Article 5 – Orders

The ordering process consists of several steps: product selection, adding to cart, validation of personal details, and choice of payment method.
Final validation of the order constitutes full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
Any order is only final once payment has been received.

Article 6 – Payment

Payments may be made via:

• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.);
• Stripe (100% secure payment);
• Bank transfer.

The client guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.
In the event of non-payment or delayed payment, IMPEXFIRE, Lda reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order.

Article 7 – Retention of Title

Products remain the property of IMPEXFIRE, Lda until full payment has been received. From the moment the goods are physically handed over, the risks of loss, theft, or damage are transferred to the client.

Article 8 – Delivery

Delivery conditions (timeframes, methods, client’s obligations upon receipt) are specified in the Shipping Policy annexed to these T&Cs.

Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the client has a period of 14 working days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without justification, from the date of receipt of the order.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, together with all accessories. Return costs are borne by the client.

Article 10 – Warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects.
In addition, IMPEXFIRE, Lda provides a 2-year commercial warranty on all products, covering manufacturing and material defects.

Article 11 – Liability

IMPEXFIRE, Lda cannot be held liable for damages resulting from:

• incorrect installation,
• improper use,
• lack of maintenance,
• or professional use of products intended for domestic use.

Article 12 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Braga (Portugal).
