Italian-style summer pizza recipe: mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, arugula and prosciutto
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 100g of tomato sauce
- 200g of mozzarella
- 200g of cherry tomatoes
- 4 slices of cured ham (prosciutto, for example)
- 2 handfuls of rocket
- A few fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
